李炳华:IEC电击防护标准中4个30mA

《低压电气装置 第4-41部分:安全防护 电击防护》GB/T 16895.21-2020/IEC 60364-4-41:2017 Low-voltage electrical installations Part  4 – 41:Protection for safety –Protection  against electric shock,4次提到“不超过30mA”RCD的设置要求,且均为附加防护!分别如下:

411.1 通则

Where specified, additional protection is provided by a residual current protective device (RCD) with rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA in accordance with 415.1.

当有具体规定时,可采用符合415.1条要求的额定剩余电流动作值不超过30mA的剩余电流动作保护电器(RCD)作附加防护措施。


411.3.3 用于插座和户外移动设备的供电更进一步的要求

Further requirements for socket-outlets and for the supply of mobile equipment for use outdoors
Additional protection by means of a residual current protective device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA shall be provided for
◆a.c. socket-outlets with a rated current not exceeding 32 A that are liable to be used by ordinary persons and are intended for general use; and
◆a.c. mobile equipment for use outdoors with a rated current not exceeding 32 A.

额定动作电流不超过30mA的剩余电流动作保护电器(RCD)作为附加防护用于:

①供一般人员用普通用途的额定电流不超过32A的交流插座,和
②供户外额定电流不超过32A的交流移动式设备。

411.3.4  在TN和TT系统中用于照明回路的附加要求

Additional requirements for circuits with luminaires in TN- and TT-systems
In premises designed to accommodate a single household, additional protection by a residual current protective device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA shall be provided for a.c.final circuits supplying luminaires.

对于单独住户的房屋向照明供电的交流终端回路,应提供额定剩余动作电流不超过30mA的剩余电流动作保护电器(RCD) 作为附加防护。


415.1.1  在交流系统内装设额定剩余电流不大于30mA的RCD,用以在基本防护失效和/或故障保护或用电不慎时的附加防护措施。

The use of RCDs with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA, is recognized in a.c. systems as additional protection in the event of failure of the provision for basic protection and/or the provision for fault protection or carelessness by users.

结论

①拥于保护人身安全的RCD作为电击防护的附加防护措施,其额定剩余电流动作值都不应大于30mA。
②国标与IEC标准是一脉相承的!
