热电偶-热电阻分度软件特点
1、热电偶分度软件可简单实现热电偶温度值-热电势值互换查询,包含K、R、B、N、E、J、T和S型热电偶分度表。软件单纯用于热电偶分度表查询时注意将“参考温度”对话框内的值设定为“0”。在“温度”对话框输入任一温度值后在“热电势”对话框自动显示对应mV值;在“热电势”对话框输入任一mV值后在“温度”对话框自动显示对应温度值。
2、在校验热电偶输入的显示控制仪、温度变送器或DCS系统时会涉及温度补偿,使用该软件时在“参考温度”对话框内输入环境补偿温度值,就能轻松实现扣除温度补偿后热电偶值-热电势之间的互换查询。假定校验二次仪表时环境温度为25℃,如需要校对K分度号输入仪表600℃点的显示值:首先查表得到25℃对应的热电势值为1mV,600℃对应的热电势值为24.905mV。校验二次仪表600℃点的显示值应该输入热电势值为23.905(仪表输入值=校验点对应的热电势值—温度补偿对应的热电势值=24.905mV-1.000mV)
3、软件可简单实现热电阻温度值-电阻值之间互换查询,热电阻分度表包含Pt10、Cu50、Cu100和Pt100分度号热电阻。
